Help repair Roo's back legs so she can run and play again!
Roo came to a rescue after her family could no longer care for her and left her at a local shelter. She was due to be euthanized if a rescue could not help her. This loving girl deserved a better life.
After rescuing Roo, it was discovered by the vets that she needed surgery on both her back legs for ACL injuries. The vets could tell she'd been dealing with this pain for most of her short life. You would never know from meeting her that she was in so much pain. She is so sweet and loving and just wants to be around people.
Without the surgeries on both of her back legs, Roo will not be able to run and play like a dog her age should. Her recovery will be 6-8 long weeks of healing and rehabilitation for each leg. Roo is a resilient girl and the vets feel she will make a full recovery and go on to live a long and healthy life.
You can help repair Roo's legs so she can bloom into her wonderful goofy self, happy with other dogs and all people. Your gift directly covers her surgeries and recovery. This pup is ready to be a blessing to a family with just a little help!
Help us meet our goal of $4,000 to heal Roo's legs and allow her to go for runs, swims, or whatever she wants without pain. Funds raised over the goal amount will go to help provide medical care to other shelter pets.
