Providing food, vaccinations, bedding, and enrichment needs for cats is a costly endeavor for animal shelters across the country. Due to the high cost of these basic necessities, shelters often have to limit the number of cats that they can save.

You can help provide these necessities by sponsoring a shelter cat. A soft bed and a full belly can go a long way for the well-being of shelter cats and kittens. Through proper vaccination, animals' risk of disease is cut down or eliminated, leaving shelter volunteers more time to find good homes for these cats. Animals that are healthy, happy, and well-fed stand a much better chance of being adopted.

Helping shelter cats and feeding neonates

I donated to both of these causes, I have a cat and I could not imagine her in these circumstances. I had to help. The poor neonates, I got the package for formula, a vaccination and food. At least I can help one of these babies.

Saving cats

I always want to do whatever I can to help save animals. I know by donating that I am helping shelters to be able to feed cats and hopefully keep them long enough until they get adopted.

Animal pendants.

I have several of these pendants. Cat, fox, bird, and dog pendants. They are a nice change up for work. I feel good that I am helping a cat or dog in a shelter somewhere. It feels good to help a shelter animal. Let's keep doing good on GreaterGood.
