Help Mack get treated for fever and stomach problems!
Mack is an emotional support dog for a young girl, helping to ease her anxiety and depression. His family loves him to death and especially loves to spoil him, but recently Mack has fallen ill, at the same time that the coronavirus pandemic has caused financial and emotional difficulties for his family.
Recently Mack's family took him to an emergency vet since he was throwing up and had a fever over 104 degrees. The vet sent him home with some medication. But Mack's troubles weren't over, and his family took him back in soon after when he fainted and had blood in his saliva.
Mack needs x-rays and bloodwork for a diagnosis, and this may show that he needs stomach surgery. But Mack's loving family has faced job loss and other hardship due to the pandemic, and cannot cover this costly medical treatment.
You can help Mack get the treatment he needs to go back to snoring and sunbathing, and providing unconditional love to the young girl who depends on him! Your gift will directly fund Mack's medical needs. Soon, he will be back to falling asleep with his favorite teddy bear and running from the hose again.
Help us meet our goal of $1,500 to save Mack and manage his illness so he can be a joyful member of his family again. Funds raised over the goal amount will go to help provide medical care to other shelter pets.
Your funding will help this pet in medical crisis while supporting the nonprofit Waggle Foundation's mission to end economic euthanasia.
